Review

Spoilers Alert!!!!

This drama will probably go to my fav list. The characters and the story line are superb. Plus the camera angles are so good.  Also please be advised that this review is based on the movie. I haven't read the novel that it was based on.

Characters:
4/5★ - Because the chosen cast was so good. First off, The female lead. Haruna Kawaguchi. I think I will be a little a biased on this since I really like her ever since I saw her in Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo. Yes, That's where I first saw her and like her acting. And I think this role was perfect for her since she has this ladylike aura and she is modest. Like her other roles in Isshukan Friends and Sukitte Ii Nayo. She also has this calm aura around her. Also her acting was perfect. It's like it she was just in her normal self. The other male lead was Issey Takahashi. To be honest this was the first drama that I saw him in. But I was amazed. I thought that he was not a good partner for Haruna in this drama but I was wrong. Totally wrong. He was so good in his expressions and even though this was the first drama I saw him, I can totally tell that he was experienced. He knows how to express well and his body actions were perfect. Just like in the scene where he was so angry but he's just silent and he torn his novel. That so such a good portrayal of anger and sadness. I had goosebumps in that part.

No awkwardness, and the interaction between the two characters were so good. The synchronization between the two was so perfect.  The calm photographer and the awkward novelist was such a perfect combo. They balances everything. If you were just new on jdrama you probably think like there's no happening between them but the truth is that there really is. This is  also one of the  hidden beauty of jdrama.

Storyline:
4/5★ -  This one is also 4 star since it has a typical jdrama cliche but still it was enjoyable since maybe because of the "time slip" part. Watching this we all probably know who is Shirano from the start but I think that it was one of the best things that make this movie good. Why? Because knowing who Shirano is from the start, what we will just think is that how will he become Shirano. How will he talk to the past Shiori.

Plus jdrama is also good in making twist in their movies. At first to be honest, I thought Hirano was some bad guy and has to do with the burglary in Shiori's house. Also I love how they turn Hirano's character from suspicious to totally lovable and cute.

Overall:
4/5★ - This is surely in fav and my top jdrama movie. It has my favorite genre, mystery, romance and a little bit of fantasy. I just love almost everything about this movie. It has also one of the best scenery. I know I already said it but I also love the camera work of this movie. How they focus on a character and slow mo it when a character in laughing genuinely. Plus you can't really say that the movie was slow or fast pacing. It was just perfect in it's own way. Nothing is left behind. The character development was also there. And you can even see it clearly. If that's the Plus the best of it all was that it has a happy ending. You know, jdrama has this "habit" of having a tragedy ending where it left us crying and empty inside.  But in this movie, no, it actually has a happy ending and left us satisfied.

Will I watch and recommend this movie to anyone? YES!. Definitely. Right after the movie ended I even rewatched it immediately. Also, I recommend to anyone that if you want to rewatch this movie, it's nice if you will think it as the POV of Hirano instead. And I promise you the movie will get double better.

Lastly, it will not be a jdrama without the running scene XD....

The sceneries and camera works are beautiful
